    Hello,
    In the last and now closed thread Geoff sent a message saying the bug is fixed. See thread here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/no-results-found-when-changing-views-on-search-bar-in-a-category/

    Unfortunately, TEC 3.12.3 and TEC PRO 3.12.2 didn’t fix this issue. To be sure, I checked it out on a new dev install of WP and installed the latest version of TEC.

    Howdy Nadia,

    Thank you for getting back to us.

    Geoff wanted me to pass along his  apology, he said he forgot to mention a step. In order to see the bug fixed you would first need to “flush permalinks”. You can do this by going visiting WP Admin > Settings > Permalinks, and hitting Update at the bottom. Does this fix it on your production site (I think the dev site might be facing a different issue)? Or are you still seeing “No results found”?

    Hi Brook,
    Unfortunately this did not fix the issue and we’re still seeing “No results found”. This appears in our production site and in the blank WP install where I just have the basic version of TEC.

    Okay, thank you for giving that a go. I am going to do some more extensive testing here. I appreciate you sharing your system information, I will do  my best to reproduce your environment and see if I can get a similar result. I will report back tomorrow.

    Howdy Nadia,

    Indeed in some circumstances I was able to reproduce this bug. I am sorry for this. I am logging it right now for our devs to investigate further and see when we can fix it.
