Not Exporting Excel File

Looks like my plug-in will NOT export the orders into an excel file anymore. I need this fixed ASAP. I have event calednar pro and have never had an issue exporting files, until today it freezes up the site and goes blank.

I checked our logged bug reports but don’t see anything resembling what you’ve shared with me. Before I attempt to reproduce the issue, can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with what you learn?
