Not all tickets showing up / VAT not calculated

Hi,

I use event tickets plus with woocommerce.
Until recently I used 2 types of tickets: including VAT for Dutch participants and excluding VAT for Belgian participants to my events. This worked fine.

Now I added two more tickets and now use:
1. Ticket for Dutch members 150 euro + 21% VAT
2. Ticket for Belgian members 150 euro + VAT shifted
3. Ticket for Dutch non-members 195 euro + 21% VAT
4. Ticket for Belgian non-members 195 euro + VAT shifted

Only the first three tickets are showing up on the event page (https://www.portsecuritycenter.eu/event/workshop-drillexercise-q3/).
How can I add the 4th?

Also the VAT is not calculated when proceeding to checkout.
How do I solve this issue?

I resolved the tax issue.

That seems a strange issue. I’m not really sure why it could be happening but it could be a plugin or theme conflict. So as a first step could you please go through the complete steps in this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and see if any difference?

Just to confirm, are you able to see and edit that 4th ticket through the edit event page?

Problem solved!

Turned out I had a setting in the ticket filled out incorrectly!

You can close the ticket. 😉
