    This event has 11 ticket options, and only 7 are showing up. We aren’t using internal caching, but are using cloudflare. I have set it in development mode and cleared its cache and it didn’t make a difference, so I have ruled out the caching issue.

    All 11 ticket options show up on the back end.

    Hey Jephta,

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    As a first check, are there any start and end sale dates on the tickets that would limit the timeframe that the tickets are available to be sold? If so, whether or not we’re currently in that window would prevent those tickets from displaying on the front-end of the site.

    Secondly, have you tried following the Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure there isn’t a conflict with another plugin or your existing theme at play?
