    I am not able to add tickets and buy option for users.Please resolve the issue

    Hi Devon,

    I’m sorry you’re not able to add tickets, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on.

    Do you see the +New Ticket/+New RSVP buttons in the Tickets section of the event edit screen? If not, c<span style=”font-size: 0.875rem;”>an you please send me a screenshot of what you see in the tickets section of the event edit screen? I would also recommend taking a look at the following articles:</span>

    If you do see the buttons, are you able to any information for a new ticket, and if so, does it not save to the event?

    If you haven’t done so already, testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins is also an important troubleshooting step. The free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing if you don’t want to do this on your live site.
