Non Profit

Hey,

We are an agency doing work for a local community organization called Apt613. They are non-profit and have charitable status through the Canadian Revenue Agency and 1824540 is their (provincial) Ontario Corporation Number.

We had purchased the plugins required for the website, for approximately $350 CAN. But then realized that you offer them free for non-profits. We wanted to know what we would have to do to prove that these plugins are going to be used for non-profit use and whether we can have a refund to our account. Hopefully you don’t require us to return the plugins, get our money back, and then reorder them through a different process.

Please let me know as our non-profit client is not too keen on being invoiced for these plugins if they don’t have to.

Yes, we do indeed have a non-profit program and I’d highly encourage you to apply for it. We love supporting non-profit organizations and would be happy to review your application to see if you qualify!

If you’ve purchased the licenses and would like to return them, we will certainly take them back as long as it’s within the 30-day window of our return policy. Drop us an email at the address noted in the link along with your receipts and we can process that for you. From there, you can go about obtaining the non-profit licenses. 🙂
