    I am having issues getting emails to be sent with the ticket information. I have ruled out a theme conflict and plugin conflict (have 2016 theme activated and only Tribe plugins). The ticket is never sent when the order is complete. I need help with this ASAP as my client is ready to start marketing.

    I have also verified that there are no server issues as a tech looked everything over.

    I have also tried to use the Easy WP SMTP plugin to facilitate the email. I get confirmaiton of the order, but no tickets. Even when I try to push them out manually from the WooCommerce orders screen.

    I can share login information for an admin account if needed. I really need to sort this out.

    Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear about this issue 🙁

    I could confirm that ticket emails are working as expected for me when an order is complete or when using the Order Action to re-send tickets email. Also I’m not seeing any know bugs related to this functionality. I suggest contacting the server support and asking them if there’s some info about this in their logs, maybe the email is not going out because of some server restriction or spam filter?

    Another thing to do is to try this from another server or even a local one, this will help to see if the issue is server specific.

    I do not have the ability to test on another server. Even when I stripe the theme overrides, deactivate all but the Tribe plugins and switch back to the 2016 Theme, the tickets still are not sending after the order is complete.

    I am not sure if there is something that you have we can use to troubleshoot the issue. I am up against a tight deadline and need to get this working. Any insights you can share?

    I get the order confirmation emails, but not the ticket.

    Not sure what’s up as we don’t have any other reports of this or any known bugs that could related to the issue.

    Let’s do the following:

    I suggest contacting the server support and asking them if there’s some info about this in their logs, maybe the email is not going out because of some server restriction or spam filter?

    And also check the PHP error logs to see if there’s any clue in there.

    Also, we just released a maintenance release (4.2.3) Can you please update? There are no specific fixes for related issues but this will ensure you are running latest version and troubleshooting should be easier this way. Anyway it would be great if you could share your system information with me so I can check if everything looks right on that end.
