ParticipantEarlier today I updated the plugins for the Events Calendar & PRO as well as Event Tickets & Plus.
I went to check the page a little later and found a blank page the says “No Results Found”
Individual events are still listed on my sidebar and I can view them when I click on them but the primary calendar view is not displaying. I did try deactiving the other MT plugins to see if I could figure out which had the problem but no dice.
Help?

KeymasterHi there,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the calendar display. I will try to help you get this sorted.
Am I correct in assuming that you have set the Events URL slug in the events settings to “classes?” Can you make sure this is still setup properly, and resave that setting? Once you’ve done that, visit your site’s “Permalink” settings page in WordPress Settings. Just loading this page will reset your permalinks.
Does the page display correctly after doing that?
If not, the next thing I would try is to test for a theme or plugin conflict. You can read more about this process by visiting our Testing for Conflicts Guide.
Hope that helps! Please let me know how that goes.
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Sky,
I checked my permalinks – it is set to Post name.
I also deactivated all of my plugins except the Modern Tribe ones (I even deactivated them one-at-a-time) and changed my theme to twenty-seven, cleared my cache and the classes still would not load (see attached screencapture). It shows a “page not found” error when I click on the classes link in the menu. I checked my custom link to be sure it was going to the classes page.
I’m at a loss as to what to try next. Any ideas? I really like the calendar plugin but it’s not helping me right now 🙁

KeymasterHi again,
Thanks for trying that out for me. I am able to change the event slugs on my test install without any issue. Can you share a screenshot of your Events > Settings > General > Events URL slug and Single event URL slug?
Not sure why, but the last screenshot you shared did not show up. You may not be able to add images from a mobile device.
Thanks,

ParticipantHey Sky,
Thanks for continuing to help. I’ve uploaded the screenshot of my slugs. I’m not on mobile – so not sure why my last capture didn’t come through but I’ll try attaching it again.

KeymasterHi again,
Thanks for providing those screenshots. That is exactly how I had my settings when I tried this.
Can you try disabling the “Relabler” extension to see if that changes anything?
Could you also try changing the slugs back to “events” and “event” and tell me if the events page then resolves properly?
The other thing to check is that you have no pages or posts with the slug “classes,” even in the trash.
Thanks,
