No Recurring Events Button on Events Calendar Pro after new reg key issued

Hi,

License for pro had expired so purchased another license and was provided a reg key. Installed reg key and now I cannot enter recurring events. This is very frustrating to say the least as our members require an up to date calendar of events.

Prior to expiry the events Calendar pro worked as expected and I could enter recurring events.

Thank you for renewing your license and sorry to hear you’ve run into troubles. Before we proceed, can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and let me know what you learn?

I also recommend reading over our Finding and inputting your license key and Moving Your License Keys Knowledgebase articles to make sure everything is set up properly in regards to your license key.
