No Number in Ticket Box

Hello Guys,

You can see in the attached picture that the number is missing from the ticket box, while it is showing in the rsvp box.

When you click the up or down arrow, still no number appears.

Can it also be possible to set both the RSVP and Ticket number to be defaulted to 1 and not 0?

Thank you for reaching out to us!

To get started, could you please make sure that all of your plugins are up-to-date? This sounds like a js conflict so if the issue persists after the update I would recommend you to:

• Open up your browser’s console and see if there are any relevant errors.

• Run a Conflicts Test. You can start the test by temporarily deactivating all of your plugins (except Modern Tribe plugins) and changing your theme to another one like Twenty Seventeen and check if the problem is solved after that (don’t forget to backup your database before changing anything).
