    I currently use Event Ticket (not the pro version). My RSVPs are working. People are registering and the tickets are being deducted from the available count. When I go to view attendees, “No matching attendees found.” is displayed rather than the attendees list. This happened for my last event as well. After the event, all the names appeared. I cannot see who registered so I cannot manage my list. These are free events.

    I’m sorry to hear about the issue with the attendee list.

    Do I understand correctly that you see an empty attendee list for an event, and when the event passes then suddenly you see all attendees?

    Does this happen with all events that have RSVPs or only some?

    Could you please also share your system information with me in a private reply?

    I have only used the RSVP twice, and had the same issue. The first event suddenly showed the names after the event. This next event still has no names. I will see if they appear after it starts, or is over tomorrow.

    I attached a screen shot with what the attendees list looks like for tomorrow’s event. All 15 spots are taken.

    The RSVP on the event shows “Out of Stock,” which is odd working on the event since it is full. See screenshot 2.

    My WordPress site is a GoDaddy WordPress site. How would my personal computer system information effect this?

    Hi,

    Your screenshots unfortunately didn’t make it. If they were sent as email attachments, those get discarded on the way. I would kindly like to ask you to upload the screenshots directly to the help desk thread.

    The system information is not of your personal computer. It contains information about your hosting / server environment, your site setup and your your calendar and ticketing plugin configuration. This can help us see if there is any obvious misconfiguration or any plugin that might cause a conflict.

    Also please make sure your plugins are up to date.
