no import facebook event

i have not resolve my problem with facebook add. I paid usd 89 for event agregator and i can t use it 100%
.do you think event facebook 49 usd work good or do you will repare the problem import?

I attempted to recreate the issue and was able to do so. My best guess is the Facebook API is not allowing events to import due to restrictions out of our control. About halfway down our Facebook Events: API errors article, it reads:

You maybe dealing with an Age, Profanity, Alcohol, Country, or another type of restriction. Pages or Events that are associated with bars, breweries, adult entertainment, or similar things may be marked as age restricted by Facebook. Unfortunately, that means the Facebook API cannot import those events unless you or the Page owner is able to change the age restriction.

In some instances, it may be possible for you or the Facebook Page owner to change the age restriction on an event. However, this is not possible with Pages that Facebook has specifically deemed to be alcohol related or have adult content.

I do not think the problem is age or facebook. when i important for a single event pluging event Agregator works. it does not work to import all events simultaneously.

I had typed up another response, but had a few moments of clarity after replying. The Events Aggregator is unable to import events from pages you’re attempting to import from. The pages you’ve shared with me are personal Facebook accounts. The plugin can only import events from Business Facebook pages at this time.

I have a facebook page. Maybe event aggregator import only event you create….
Can not import event contacts.

If i want import event contact i must to do 1 by 1.

Hello,

You can import multiple events from Facebook pages you don’t own. The Facebook pages you’re attempting to import from (Personal Facebook pages rather than Business Facebook pages) are limited at this time. For example, if I attempt to import events from https://www.facebook.com/insomniacevents, everything works as designed. (see screenshot below)
