I am running Events Calendar Pro and are unable to see the options for recurring events. I do not see the options that are displayed at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/

Here’s what happens: When clicking on “Event Series: Schedule Multiple Events”, a dropdown appears with “daily “weekly” “monthly” “yearly” and “once” options. After clicking on any of these options, a dropdown appears with “Series ends” and a dropdown with options: on, after, or never. No matter which value is selected in the dropdown, nothing else appears. I don’t see a date picker box or any other recurrence options.

    Hi Steve,

I’d like to be sure I’m follow you exactly on what you are experiencing. Hopefully, that will help resolve this issue for you quickly.

It sounds like you don’t see the area that I’ve outlined in red here:

    Is that correct?

Could you also do a Conflict Test by disabling other plugins and using a default WordPress theme? Does this problem happen during that?

And finally, I see that WordPress on your website is due for an update. Does the problem occur after updating WordPress?

    Thanks,
    Courtney

    Thanks so much!
