ParticipantHello – I have the pro version, and I’m very frustrated that the next month won’t load. I just get a loading “spinning wheel” and it never loads. Can you please advise?
I am using the Avada WordPress theme.
Thank you in advance, this is a very URGENT issue.

ParticipantI deactivated the theme I’m using and tested it in 2014 theme, but it still won’t load, so it’s not a theme issue.

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues. I can work with you to resolve this.
I visited your site and see what you mean.
And thanks for the information about changing themes.
So… If that did not help it is a good idea to follow the rest of the testing for conflict guide to see if that can find what is causing the error:
And if that does not help narrow down the issue please setup WordPress Debug to see what errors are showing when you try to recreate the issue a couple times in this file: /wp-content/debug.log
Let me know what you find out.
Thanks

ParticipantThank you for the response.
Okay, I deactivated all of the plugins and slowly added them back.
It appears that Gravity Forms is causing the issue.
Can you please advise me on how to fix this issue? Is it possible to make them co-exist?Again this is an URGENT issue.

MemberI used Gravity Forms and the Events Calendar together all the time and have not had issues. I just checked on a development site and both are working together.
Please follow these debug instructions to see if we can find the exact conflict:
Setup WordPress Debug to see what errors are showing when you try to recreate the issue a couple times in this file: /wp-content/debug.log
Thanks

MemberUnfortunately, we have a policy of of not accessing any customer websites so I am unable to access the admin.
The debug plugin may work not sure which one it is, but visiting the events page with gravity forms active may fine the conflict, but most likely need to turn on debug mode following that link in the wp-config.php

MemberIn my first two posts I provided links to setup WordPress Debug.
If you cannot get that to work today.
You maybe to add this coding to your theme’s function.php to disable ajax and get the calendar to change months at least in the mean time.
