Dear Admin
We are in process of evaluating Events Calendar Pro, Filter bar and community events plugin for our new Non-Profit Organization website. Kindly help clarify below requirements if the above WordPress plugins can do that.
Events Feature req:
– User can see all dates for which an event can be scheduled
– Customize event booking form.
– Admin gets the ability to review all submitted events and approve
– If more than 1 event is submitted for a given date / time – that particular timeslot to be marked as pending request in UI. This is to inform users that already few events are in review.
– Send email confirmation once event is submitted and also when approved

We would also like to know if there is any package deal available to buy these 3 plugins.

Hi Jolly and thanks for getting in touch! I’m glad to hear you’re considering our plugins for your project and I hope they are a great fit. 🙂

Everything you mentioned is supported by our plugins, which the key exception about booking specific timeslots. Events can be submitted to the Community Events form for any timeslot and that all timeslots accommodate for multiple events in a single slot. In other words, there is no currently supported way to limit submissions to one event per timeslot.

Appreciate your prompt reply. We will be submitting the required information to see if we qualify for NFO. While this is progressing, is it possible to get an evaluation copy of the requested 3 plugins specially the community events and calendar pro one? A 2 weeks evaluation license will be wonderful. Great question. While we do not have a temporary/trial license available, all of our plugins come with a full refund within 30 days of purchase. That would give you a good amount of time to try things out on a trial basis and request a refund within 30 days, if needed.
