I did the update on The Events Calendar and now my Community Events “Organizer Details” is all messed up. It doesn’t let them input anything and drags them halfway down the bottom of the page. Organizer input fields pop up below the footer of my page that 1. no one knows is there and 2. you cannot read.

I am not experiencing the same behavior on my test website which uses the default WordPress theme. I see you checked ‘Yes’ to reverting back to the default WordPress theme and deactivating all plugins other than ours as instructed in the Testing for conflicts guide, but can you please confirm this?
I notice in your System Information that you have older versions of our plugins installed. Can you update to the most recent versions, then retest as outlined in our Testing for conflicts guide to see if the issue persists?
Please let me know what you learn and have a great evening. Cheers!

When I first set it up, I had the domain http://www.Illinois AuctionCalendar.com but then I switched domains and now it is http://www.Theauctionmap.com. I have http://www.Illinois Auction Calendar.com transferring to the new domain but I think it thinks I have two sites and won’t allow me to update the plug-in because the license is attached to http://www.illinoiaauctioncalendar.com. I don’t know how to fix this

January 12, 2017 at 6:06 pm #1217815RewaParticipantIf I set it to the default theme I will have to rebuild my site. I set it to that and lost everything. I am not a programmer. This was supposed to be easy and it is anything but.

January 13, 2017 at 10:53 am #1218223HunterModeratorHello,
Please review our Moving Your License Keys Knowledgebase article for more instructions. Temporarily reverting back to the default WordPress theme shouldn’t cause you to lose any custom code or data, but you might want to make a backup prior to doing so just in case. As explained in our What support is provided for license holders? Knowledgebase article, we are unable to provide support for conflicts with custom themes.
In order to continue receiving support and to identify the precise source of conflict, please review the Testing for conflicts guide in it’s entirety and reply back with what you learn.
I understand this process is not ideal, but it is common and most plugin authors have a similar procedure before providing support. Thank you and please keep me updated. Cheers 🙂

This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. Thanks so much!
