new import from facebook Error Message

When I click Preview , the import brings in NO Matches ie. no events are pulled despite being many events on the FB Events page of that URL link . The press save and error message appears on a blank screen – what’s the problem with Event Aggregator? I’m a new user and if it’s not working then I’ll cancel and ask for a refund.

Hi, Melanie.

This was a bug for users of PHP 5.5 and lower PHP versions that was fixed right after its release… so you might have been caught in the unfortunate timing to have experienced it.

Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

• License Keys
• TEC Automatic Updates
• or TEC Manual Updates
• WordPress core updates

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
