New Granular Import Times

    I’m using the most current version of Event Aggregator, but I don’t see any difference on scheduling import times. I only import from Facebook, and it has the same ON-Demand, 30 min, Daily, Weekly, Monthly intervals. Am I missing something?

    Thank you for using The Events Calendar! I can help with this ?

    Event Aggregator adds a lot of new options including the ability to import from Facebook pages, groups and individual accounts but the import intervals themselves have remained the same.

    The Event Aggregator product page has more information on the details for each import type.

    An Admin stated the following within this feature idea – https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/16690024-set-time-of-import.

    “Modern Tribe (Admin, The Events Calendar by Modern Tribe) responded ยท May 1, 2017
    We released this as part of The Events Calendar version 4.5”

    This is not accurate since we still can’t schedule imports at custom times of our choosing. Please reactive/reopen that feature idea.

    Hi, Donald!

    You’re correct and this was an oversight on our part. I’ve looked for a way to reopen the feature idea but I’m not finding that as an option.

    I’ll chat with one of my colleagues in the morning to see if I’m missing something and reopen if I’m able. I’ll report back with my findings!
