New Add On Key not working

    The add on key states it is in valid. This is a 3 site key and I have attempted to add it to only one site and get the error.

    Hi Timothy,

    I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on!

    First, can you please send me the license key that you are trying to add (in a private reply) and let me know which plugin you’re trying to add it for? I see that you have a few licenses for different plugins associated with this account…I would also recommend taking a look at this article for more info on getting and adding your keys to your site.

    Can you share your system info with me as well?
