Is this option is available in this plugin?

Need to decrease the ticket price dynamically like if the customer chose more than 3 tickets, the ticket price will decrease based on my rule.

Thanks for checking out our plugins!

Event Tickets Plus does not include the option to change the prices based on rules, but it does allow you to integrate with WooCommerce. In this case, tickets will essentially be WooCommerce simple products, so you can use third-party extensions with them. WooCommerce has several options for bundling products that will allow you to adjust the price based on several factors, including quantity. Please note that if you go this route, you may need to do some tweaking to use these products with our default ticket form or instead sell tickets from the full WooCommerce product page.
