Need help with customizing some features

We paid for the Business Events Calendar PRO in essence so we could create multiple calendars that is used for booking rooms/classes such as a conference room, Training classroom, meeting room etc. We also need a calendar / ticket system that will allow users to book 2 hour reservation slots on our floor time office 24/7 365.

Please let me know if this is possible and where I might go for a tutorial for these things if you can provide one for me.

Thanks for using our plugins.

Unfortunately, we do not have any booking features as you describe. We do have ticketing plugins, but it would take a huge customization to get them to act like a booking system.

I see you purchased the plugins earlier this month so we can provide a refund following our policy outlined here if it turns out they will not do what you would like:

And we can take care of it.

I would instead look at a plugin such as WooCommerce Bookings or these two:
