    Your last update to https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy/ was over a week ago. You need to keep us better informed about what you are doing to correct this problem. I use the Facebook import for over 90 percent of the events in my calendar. If you are not going to be able to get this up and running again under the new Facebook rules, you need to let us know sooner as opposed to later so we can work on an alternative strategy for our calendars. If you have been in contact with Facebook or are in the process of trying to get your plug in re approved, please provide us with any information on your progress. Thanks, Carolyn

    The last update is the most current information that we have. Facebook recently announced a range of changes (https://newsroom.fb.com/news/2018/04/restricting-data-access/) to their APIs (the protocols we use to ‘speak’ to their servers and retrieve event information) which are having an effect on a number of our users.

    We are currently figuring things out as they continue to evolve with the Facebook Privacy Policy. For now, the best places to check in on the status of our plugin’s access to Facebook are https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy/ and https://theeventscalendar.com/event-aggregator-status/.

    When/if Facebook reopens some of their event API data, we will be sure to integrate those changes here.

    We know how painfully frustrating this is for our customers, and us as we are left to make any possible changes we can. While we really want to continue working with you, we understand if you must move on. We would be happy to transfer the balance of your time for this product remaining to another premium plugin.
