ParticipantAt the bottom of every event in the Venue box (next to the map) there used to be a link to a page about the venue. Not only is that link missing, but I can’t seem to view my venue pages at all!
post_type=tribe_venue is clearly there, because I can edit them and the content shows up on my events, but I can’t actually view the page from the front-end. I don’t think I would done anything to remove that, and I can’t find a setting to show/hide them. Did you guys change something?
btw, here’s a sample event:

Thanks!
-Todd,
btw, I can’t believe how busy this forum is. I’m glad the plugin is selling so well — I like it!March 22, 2016 at 10:21 pm #1092728Geoff B.
MemberGood evening Todd and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us and for your kind words! We are excited that so many people are excited about our plugins 🙂
We are sorry to hear about missing link to the venue page.
I would love to help you with this topic. At first glance, it looks like you are using a template customization (you can tell by checking if there is a /tribe-events/ folder in your WordPress theme folder). If that’s the case, then it’s a simple matter of updating the customization to reflect the version of the code found in the latest version of the plugins you are using.
Can you confirm if that’s the case ?
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your system information in a private reply ? (following the instructions found in the link)
Best regards,
Geoff B.

ParticipantHi Geoff-
It turns out it was a simple thing that I should have checked first. For some bizarre reason Events Calendar Pro was deactivated. I would not have done that, and I’m not sure why or how that happened. But now that’s it back on, the links work and the pages are back. I have to make sure nobody is tinkering with my site . . . .
Thanks for the help. I’m sorry it was a user error, but glad it isn’t anything complicated.
Cheers!
-Todd

MemberHey Todd,
No worries, even superheroes are sometimes faced with odd IT issues 😉
I’m mostly glad you got things working to your liking again. Kudos on that!
You are welcome back on our support forums any time.
For now, I am going to close this thread.
Have a great weekend!
