ParticipantAs you can see on the screenshots the events are there but they don t show up, i didn t had this problem before it was working fine, so it s not my theme since i haven t updated it and it s not plugin conflict since i didn t install anything new… i only updated to the latest version of the event plugin that you provided
Can you please help me? i need to show to the client this test site really soon

MemberI’m sorry you’re experiencing difficulties, Nemanja.
I do appreciate your thinking with regards to there being no change in your theme/plugin stack but our standard troubleshooting steps are still worth running through – could you give them a try?

Participantunfortunately this is not the reply i was hoping from support for the 100 dollar plugins i got from you
to disable the theme means for me i will loose all widgets and iw ill basically have to rebuild my theme
to disable plugins pretty much the same , however just to be on the safe side i will make a download and setup the site locally and disable all this stuff, but you should plan a bit ahead and let me know what happens if you are not right and it s not plugins and theme incompatibility?
thanks

Participantin order for the issue to be fixed i had to disable events calendar pro and wpml plugins all of them go to the events page at the backend, and they were listed then i just reenabled all plugins and all good
doesn t really make sense… do you have an explanation for me as the client is a big law firm and i dont want any lawsuits 🙂

MemberThanks for running through those steps – it’s appreciated!
Unfortunately, though I appreciate it can cause some amount of disruption (though you can of course run through them on a separate test/staging site where you can also replicate the problem), it is simply the best way to figure out the problem.
I’m afraid without knowing exactly what plugins were impacting (or why they were impacting) I could only speculate, however there have been incompatibility issues with WPML in the past.
So everything is working as expected now?
