Multisite vs Unlimited

I’m a manager at the Office of Technology for the State of West Virginia. We are evaluating the potential use of the your product for the Governor’s office. As such, I have a number of questions in order to put together a variety of quote options on how best to utilize it if we do decide to do so.

What is the difference between the Multisite ($349) vs Unlimited ($750) licenses. They both seem to indicate an unlimited number of sites on our network…or does unlimited work across different domains and that’s the difference?

Also, applicable to both, are the licenses limited to a given server then with an unlimited number of sites on that server, or is the unlimited on the domain, no matter how many servers?

We are primarily interested only in the three products in the Importer Bundle at this time (Events Calendar Pro, Filter Bar, Event Aggregator). Is there a 25% off coupon for the bundle applicable to the Multisite and Unlimited tiers?

On the other hand, having an Unlimited License means you can activate the license on as many sites as you’d like, regardless of their server.
