Multisite Licence but not activated for all Sites

Hi,

we are planing a WordPress Multisite Network and considering implementing “The Events Calander Pro” and “Event Ticket Pro” via Multisite Licence.

But not all Sites on the Network do really need Event-Management (or Ticketing) and we don’t want to overwhelme those Customers.

Is there a Workaround to use the Multisite Licence, but deactivating the Plugin for specific sites?

thanks for your reply.

One last question: We are planing using TEC on a Multisite-Instance. But we have to style the Templates on DevelopmentMachines.

Is it possible to use the Multisite-Licence on 2 Developer-Machine (running on a .dev-Domain) too?
