ParticipantWe use events tickets plus for clients to register for courses we teach. We have several options for these courses including adding a textbook, adding an additional course, etc. Is there a way to add these options to a single ticket? Right now, we have to have an individual ticket for each option and can end up with multiple tickets that have to be generated for each option. Example, they want to attend a course and want a textbook and addtional training. This is one ticket. They want to attend a course without a textbook but want additional training, this is another ticket. They want to attend a course without a textbook and without additional training, this is another ticket and the list keeps going. Is there a solution for them to choose attend the course and then they can choose additional options for that single ticket?

MemberGood evening Robert and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.I believe you might want to look into using a third-party WooCommerce product to add product options instead of using different tickets.
There are quite a few out there, but here is an example: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-extra-product-options/
Simply put, that should let you edit the ticket in WooCommerce and add the different options to it.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

ParticipantI’ve actually tried that with WooCommerce Product Add-ons and it doesn’t
work correctly. When you add an “add on” or “option” to the ticket, it
doesn’t show up on the ticket page or anywhere else.
The attached images show a ticket that had an option added to it to “Add
Textbook”. No where does it show the option in the process. Am I missing
something? Your help is greatly
appreciated.• [email protected] • (T) 866.822.2868 (F) 940.325.0590 • http://www.actnt.com

MemberGood evening Robert,
Thank you for writing back.
First off, I would like to apologize for the delay answering.
We are currently experiencing a higher level of requests than usual. Please rest assured that we are working hard at correcting this situation.
We appreciate your patience while we normalize things.Unfortunately, the images you attached did not make it with your replay alas (I believe this occurs with email-based answers).
I am sorry to hear the integration with that specific third-party plugin was not as straight forward as I had hoped. It looks like some additional code might be required to have the two plugins play nicely together.
I realize this is probably a bit too involved to your liking. But in short, this means you are looking for a customization.
You can read about that here: https://theeventscalendar.com/customizations/
If coding is not really your cup of tea, you could always hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
With that in mind, since this could be a cool feature to have, you can suggest it in our User Voice forum. That way other customers can vote for it!
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have unfortunately.
Best regards,
Geoff B.
