    Hi!

We’re a web development company, and we’re trying to quote a project for a new client, but the calendar portion is complicated. We have used Events Calendar Pro for multiple sites, and love it, but I need to know if this is a feature you can assist with.

I’m working on this big proposal with four sites. The biggest hurdle is that each site needs to operate independently in terms of inventory of products, and each will have an event calendar, but their main site (SITE ONE) needs to pull in on all the events from the other three sites into one place. Is that possible?

They are currently using EventBrite to manage payments for registration of events, but is there a better way? Some of the features they need for online event registrations:

    1. ability to capture user contact details and register for an event
    2. have the number of available seats reflect online registrants automatically
    3. ability to pay for certain event registrations
    4. ability to set specific payment tiers for certain events (it’s a brewery, so different ages cost different amounts for events)
    5. ability to charge gratuity for an event within the registration payment (have it itemize on the registration form)
    6. have all events from all four sites merge into one calendar on SITE ONE

This is complicated, so please feel free to ask any questions.

    Thanks!

    Hi Jena,

Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!

With Event Aggregator, you can use the Other URL feature to import events from other sites that have The Events Calendar on their site, which it sounds like is the setup you have going on here.

In addition, if you’d prefer to not go through Eventbrite for your tickets and reservations, you can use Event Tickets Plus to create tickets and have users register for events with all of their necessary information.

As far as gratuity goes, this is probably something that you’ll want to configure through WooCommerce or your e-commerce solution of choice.

We have a great 30-day full refund policy, so if things really don’t work out the way you’d hoped, you can get a full refund.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
