Moving the Tickets Plus form 'code' crashes the site

Hello,

I tried to move the Ticket Plus form using this guide:

However, the entire site goes into blank when I copy the suggested code into the functions.php of my theme, and when I turn on debug mode I get the following text:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM, expecting ‘)’ in [deleted]/wp/wp-content/themes/idstore/functions.php on line 25

Am I missing something?
