ParticipantAs you describe – i´ve insert the code from here to my functions.php, uncomment my choice, but nothing happened. The Ticket Form is in the sidebar… I´ve all the latest Versions: AVADA 4.0.2, Events Calender 4.1.3, Event Tickets Plus 4.1.2, and Event Tickets 4.1.3 – can you please give me a little solution for this problem – because the Form in the Sidebar is not what i really want… Thank you

MemberHi Peter.
Are you using WooTickets (Legacy/old plugin) or Event Tickets Plus?
What custom code are you using?
Have you discussed this with Avada’s support (since we do not provide support for non-default WordPress themes, like Twenty Sixteen)?

ParticipantHy Cliff,
as I wrote:
Events Calender 4.1.3, Event Tickets Plus 4.1.2, and Event Tickets 4.1.3 – everything is “out-of-the-box” – no custom-code! There is an old thread from last year in the AVADA Support where you can read, that “Event Tickets Plus” is a non-standart Plugin, and so they do not do the service for “Event Tickets Plus”.
Here in this Support Forum, there are so many who had the same Problem – you can search for “Avada” – and then you see it – and you see also, that there is no final solution for that Problem – i´ve been searching for it for 3 hours…

ParticipantAfter searching for 4 hours with try & error i do not have any knowing why the form still do not move from the sidebar to the main area… – what else can i test, because this snippet here https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-the-ticket-form/ is not running (for me… in the moment…).
Any Solution would be great!
Regards

MemberPeter,
Sorry I missed that part about ET+. My apologies.
Regarding Avada: we tried the code snippet from https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-the-ticket-form/ with the same version of Avada and ET+ and it worked for us: before / after.
Therefore, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
