ParticipantFirstly, I am loving Events Calendar Pro. Thank you so much for creating such a great events plugin!
At the moment my default is List View, however if you select month view, all the events for the current month are not displayed. All the events are there, but just not working for the month view. If you click through to the n
ext month (july) all event are there, and then go back to current month (june) the event appear. However not by default. Is there something I am doing wrong, or can anyone advise a fix? Month view was working fine, however just stopped working.
Many thanks – really appreciate getting this sorted ASAP

I took a look at your site and see what you mean.
Can you please follow our testing for conflicts guide:

ParticipantHi Brian,
Ok I did all that, and the bug is still there.
The thing is, it was working…
Any more ideas?
Thanks so much 🙂

MemberOk, what was the last events you entered, can you try changing those to drafts and see if that fixes the issue?
Also, do you have any shortcodes in the events themselves?
And one thing to try as well is to turn all your events to drafts and then add a new event for June and see if it shows up.
Let me know the results of these.
Thanks

ParticipantThanks – will try those things now.

ParticipantTurned every event to draft and then added a new one. Still doesn’t work.
Should I do a new install of the plugin? I’m starting to get stressed out 🙁June 18, 2015 at 7:02 am #970893Brian
MemberIt appears only the month view is not working so I would recommend switching to another view as the default view until this can be figured out.
I have not seen any other reports of this issue so I am not sure what the cause is yet.
Are you able to update the Events Calendar to 3.10 and also change themes and leave another theme up for us to check and see if that resolves this?
Also when you create test events can you create single events with times and see if that shows.
Let me know.

ParticipantHi Brian,
Unfortunately this is a really active website and to take it offline or to a default theme would cost us in loss of income. What if I uninstall and reinstall? Perhaps I could try that?
Also – if I change he
I have already updated to 3.10 hoping that it would fix the problem.
I have installed it on my test site and all is working fine
http://suellenhurling.com/events/Again… I WAS working on http://rayc.co.nz/events/ – Which makes me think I have done something, and should potentially just start again and reinstall…
Thoughts?

MemberNo worries I understand about changing themes on an active site.
I do not thinking uninstalling and reinstalling will do much as it does not change the settings. However, if you changed anything in the plugin it might help.
Do you have any custom templates in your theme? I would remove those if you do and see if that helps.
Also, are you able to setup a staging site to do testing there? That is always good to have on a high traffic site to do all the updates there first before the live site.

Same theme as http://www.rayc.co.nz/events
Works fine.
I’m thinking it’s something i have done to screw something up.

MemberHow strange.
Did you remember what you were doing? Were you editing templates or adding any custom functions?
What about changing any of the settings?
Can you compare the other site to the one broken and match the event settings?

ParticipantHi Brian,
I deleted both The Events Calendar and Events Calender Pro and then reinstalled both plugins.
I think I have found the issue. With Events Calendar Pro deactivated, the month calendar works.
So something is having issues with the Events Calendar Pro plugin.
I will keep trying to find the problem, but for the moment, I can not use the Events Calendar Pro plugin that I purchased.

ParticipantAlso – with all plugins turned off (excluding the calendar of course), I still have the month issue with Events Calendar Pro.

ParticipantHowever on my test site with the same theme – no issues… 🙁
