GuestI asked a question before purchasing the product since I figured that was the responsible thing to do. I do like the features and this appears to be the right product for me however it doesn’t work. I am more than happy to fork out the money but if the product is not compatible with my template or does not work for some reason I would like to be assured that I can get a refund within 30 days of purchase.
This is the problem I am having and the response I got.

ParticipantHey Troy,
Just to be clear, if you’re having difficulties with the free version, you will likely continue to have difficulties with the PRO version. However, purchasing PRO will gain you access to our support forums. But we do also offer help over at WordPress.org as Casey had indicated. Did you ask your question over there? It is a much reduced level of support admittedly, but we make a weekly pass. And since you mentioned wanting to do the responsible thing, we do ask that our customers read the FAQ page, where our refund policy can be found, before they purchase.
But a quick check of your site makes me think that it would be possible to get it working. Just understand that we cannot build your site for you, but simply provide information and direction to help you sort it out. We’d be happy to have you as a customer if all that’s cool by you.

ParticipantHi! over the weekend I bought Pro for 3 sites and three plugins the same, I spent $350.00. I’m building a community calender for my news sites on WordPress Multi-site program. I have followed your video instructions of installation onto my Network Admin site, and working on the settings on one site. Is there a place I can call for help, it seems I have a big problem, there is no place for the public to sign in to post an events. If this does not work for me, how do I get my money back? My email is: [email protected]

MemberGoing to close this topic as it’s been sitting quietly for quite some time now (apologies if you still required assistance, jeanmaheu, but hopefully you created a fresh topic or you could always do so now).
