Missing the collect attendee information feature

    Hi,

    We have installed:
    Events Calendar Version 4.1.2
    Events Calendar Pro Version 4.1.2
    Event Tickets Version 4.1.2
    Event Tickets Plus Version 4.0.5

    We noted that there is a Collecting Attendee Information feature available in Events Calendar 4.1.1. We need this feature but do not have it, do we need an additional plug in or is there some other reason ? I’ve attached a picture of our add ticket section in the back end.

    Hey Kate,

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    It looks like you’ll need to upgrade to the latest version of Event Tickets Plus (version 4.1.2). This should allow you to see an additional checkbox there at the bottom of the ticket to add your additional fields for the tickets.
