Misleading

I was mislead as to the functionality of this product. I want to return this product, but I cant get a hold of any support other then this forum.
This product is not not integrating with my existing website and I am having trouble finding any support. I was also lead to believe it works with eventbrite but once I bought the product they wanted an additional sum of money. How do I get a refund?
