Mini Calendar Widget

Is the Mini Calendar Widget included with Pro only? I’m helping a client with a WordPress site They have the following plugins installed:

Events Calendar V 3.12.6
Events Calendar Pro V 3.5.1

When they are both activated, I see the widget for the mini calendar, but I can’t make it display — only the title appears. Do they need to buy the latest version of Pro? Is that why this isn’t working?

Hi Alan.

Yes, the mini calendar widget is only part of our PRO add-on.

You can reference our plugin’s widgets and shortcodes.

Please have you or your client (whomever previously purchased) renew their subscription if they’d like the latest version of PRO. We’re soon to release a major version (4.0) and it’ll be a great release!

Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

Thanks – but should that mini-calendar widget be working with Events Calendar V3.12.6 in combination with Events Calendar Pro V3.5.1 (which my client had purchased but not updated)? I ask this, in case there’s some other problem.

PRO is currently at version 3.12.6 (3.5.1 is quite outdated) and can be downloaded from https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/

To provide further support for this ticket, we’d definitely need the latest version of PRO — and then to create the ticket from the account that purchased PRO if at all possible.
