    We’ve spoken regarding an issue similar to this before—please see link below as reference:

    The issue before was that meta data for a ticket was overridden if a ticket was added to the cart and then another ticket of the same type was added to the cart.

    Thank you very much for addressing this issue and publishing updates for this!

    We’ve noticed a subsidiary bug after the aforementioned bug was resolved:
    Now, all ticket meta data is retained however, it’s taken to the extreme that if a ticket is removed from the cart, the meta data for that ticket remains.
    When another ticket of that type is added, the meta data from the first ticket that was removed from the cart exists and is processed as part of the new ticket meta data.

    What can be done to remove all meta data for a ticket if that ticket is removed from the cart?

    Thanks for reaching out again!

    Although a fix was released for one of your issues, there is still an open issue for a bug related to your thread.

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch and we are actively working on a solution for this.  I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now.  They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.  The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.  I’m going to mark this thread as Pending Fix for now.
