ParticipantHello,
i got the problem, that the text “You’ll receive your tickets in another email.” will be attached in every order confirmation / completed mail (with or without tickets) … is there anyone with the same problem or a solution?July 15, 2013 at 8:29 am #55203Barry
MemberHi ddfaktde,
Looks like you have hit on a bug: I’ll report this to the developers and hopefully we’ll be able to get a fix out sometime soon 🙂
Thanks for your patience!

Member@ddfaktde: this is still on our agenda, but because the assigned developer has less availability than normal this week there will be a slight delay before we can get back to you with a more substantive update.
We do appreciate your continued patience, thank you!

ParticipantThanks for your response!
Is it possible to add a short filter-code in several email templates to make differences between order confirmation mail and completed mail?Best regards

MemberTo distinguish in general between order confirmation and order complete emails generated by WooCommerce? I’d imagine so, but it would be better to take that question across to WooThemes support.

Member@ddfaktde: regarding the initial problem – where the text You’ll receive your tickets in another email appears even for non-ticket products – we’re treating this as a bug (as you’d probably expect) and hope to deliver a fix in one of our forthcoming maintenance releases.

ParticipantYes in general but related to WooTickets … so that i can add a text to the confirmation mail (for example) “You’ll receive your Ticket in another mail, if your payment is done” and in the completed mail “Thank you for your payment, after this mail you’ll receive another mail containing your tickets” …

MemberRight – well, similar to my answer here, you can override the templates used by WooCommerce when sending emails and add whatever you want, or do so using a hook like woocommerce_email_before_order_table (which also supplies your action function with an object representing the order).
However, I’m afraid it’s beyond the scope of support to take you much further on this one.

MemberHi ddfaktde – just dropping in here to note that the issue you originally raised – where “You’ll receive your tickets in another email” is included even in order emails unrelated to tickets – ought to be solved in the next maintenance release which will be available over the course of the next week or so.
Thanks!
