    Hi there,

    we bought your pro-version for http://www.st-laurentii.de/termine/ – it a clients web´site and they need your calendar.
    I installed your free + pro + filter plugin, but the map view does not work (markers will not shown), seems like a complete fallback.. its a map of another country… and the filterbar is not displayed but activated in backend.

    Please, can you check that? I don´t think its a JS-conflict. I deactivated all plugins, switched wp-basic-theme .. but nothing works.

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    I took a look at your site and it doesn’t look like it has any js errors so I agree that currently it doesn’t appear to be a javascript issue. If you could, can you add the needed events for the site (or several demo events for several days/weeks out if actual events aren’t currently available).

    This will add data that the map and filters can use as a base point so we can see if they’re working or displaying properly.

    Hi, did you checked that? I´m also missing for importing via csv file some fields. venue-street, venue-city and things like that are not available :-/

    Hey Lars,

    Definitely some strange issues to be having here.

    To start, can you verify that there isn’t a notice at the top of your admin dashboard prompting you to update geodata information for the venues? If you created some of the venues prior to having PRO activated, you’ll need to update the venue addresses using this prompt.

    Additionally, can you verify that you’ve completed the Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure this isn’t a plugin or theme conflict?
