Map event and ticket event

Hi,

I bought The Event Calendar PRO but i can’t see the map of the single eventi.
I cheked “Show Google Map” and “Google Map link” but it appear only a grey empty box: http://grandenapoli.it/evento/tour-notturno-al-museo-del-tesoro-di-san-gennaro-e-alla-real-cappella-del-duomo-06-02-2016/

What can i do?

Hi. Thanks for your purchase.

In order for a Google Map to appear on your Single Event view/page, the event needs to be assigned to a Venue that has the mapping data (geocoded address or manually-entered latitude and longitude).

If your event has that but there is no map being displayed, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

Let us know what you find out.

Hi,

I put the latitude and longitude of the place by Google Map but the map doesn’t work.

I tried to uninstall all plugin and change theme but the map doesn’t work anyway.

What can i do?

An example of address is: Via Porta San Gennaro, Napoli, NA Napoli Napoli 80138 Italia (Lat: 40.8530768 and Lon:14.2548031) also i have insert the C.A.P. and the same name of the street that Google show.

Can you help me?

Is that not what happens for you? Is that screenshot’s map location incorrect?

If more than 1 of your venues is having mapping issues, please make sure to review your settings at wp-admin > Events > Settings > Map Settings section
