Main page not displaying

I bought event tickets plus and have events calendar uploaded to my wordpress site. I have the events tickets license inputted into the correct place. I can create tickets and they show up in my woo commerce products. When I click on calendar, it displays a calendar, but not the sleek page seen in your videos. What could I be doing wrong?

1. Can you share a link to the calendar on your site?

2. Is anything broken, i.e. not working, or does it just not look how you want it to?

That information will help me take a look a bit “under the hood” of your site to see if anything stands out as problematic.
