Main events calendar stuck on past date

I’ve run into a weird issue where the main events calendar goes to Aug 2016 http://www.formannd.com/events/

It will load correctly when I am logged in as WP admin.

The only error I am getting in my error_log is
[09-May-2017 17:29:01 UTC] the-events-calendar/common - Log: Initializing Tribe Events on May, 9th at 05:05:01 pm

Any thoughts?

That is super weird! I can’t find any obvious errors but I did find an error in the console that is worth troubleshooting. The CSS file from the business directory plugin isn’t loading for some reason. See the screenshot below for details:
