    Hi,

    I’m new to Tribe and I’m struggling with the setting of Events Tickets Plus. So I have a few questions…

        I’ve tried to use Tribe Commerce but when I did the Tickets part has dissapeared. Tickets are only show up when woocommerce is activated. I thought that with Tribe Commerce I could do without Woocommerce. Right or wrong?
        For each event I’ve set up 3 different rate tickets. When I select 1 ticket and add it to the cart, only the title of the ticket shows into the cart not the name of the event and date and venue…. The ticket’s title are the same for all events, that means that I don’t have any clue which event the attendee selected.
        In the cart again, if I delete an event, I have Return to Shop button that takes me to a blank shop page. Is there a way to going back to the calendar page?

    I hope I’m clear enough to get some lights!

    That is right, you can use Tribe Commerce and you will not need WooCommerce.

    However, at the moment it is not possible to transfer tickets from one provider to another. So if you have set up a ticket with WooCommerce, that will always be a WooCommerce ticket, you cannot change that to Tribe Commerce. You will need to create a new ticket for Tribe Commerce.

    The change has some technical difficulties in the background, especially if you have already sold some tickets.

    The ticket’s title are the same for all events, that means that I don’t have any clue which event the attendee selected.

    I get what you mean. You might find this extension helpful in this case:

    In the cart again, if I delete an event, I have Return to Shop button that takes me to a blank shop page.

    Hi,

    The snippet for the return to shop works like a charm.

    But the extension to display the title of the event into the cart doesn’t work.

    I have tried to delete the tickets and create them again but still doesn’t work.

    Any ideas?

    It works ! thanks Andràs (and Rachel;-).

    It’d be great to also display the location.

    As for the thumb pic into tha cart, is there a way to use the featured image? (rather than duplicate the action in all the woocommerce products)

    Would it be possible to add these informations to that snippet?

    Hi,

    I updated the snippet to include the venue name and address. If you don’t need any of that data, then just comment out that line or delete it.

    As for the image, there is no easy way to do it. You would need to add the image to the WooCommerce products themselves.
