Looking for concert ticketing program

We are a group concert organizer.
We want to create their own ticketing system. Currently is used to Tickera (tickera.com) help, but there are shortcomings and the necessary innovations can not be more than a year.

I want to upgrade my ticket sales and will examine what extensions can do the following:
1. Sale of tickets to the concert of 2-3 different price (adult, child, elderly)
2. For concert tickets numbered seats. Where it is possible to buy tickets at a price different (ie. for one seat has two different prices (adult, child))
3. The buyer will receive via e-mail after the payment of the ticket: The ticket should say a concert venue, date, time and identification number. It should also be a QR or bar code, which can be checked at the door concert. (Tickeral purpose is a mobile app)
4. Is there a possibility to create a concert hall seating an interactive diagram as to a seat by pressing, you can buy the ticket and the figure becomes a place closed

Currently uses World Press 4.61, WooCommerce Version 2.6.7, Tickera Version 3.2.5.3

As a start let me answer your questions one-by-one:

Setting up different tickets for an event is easily done with our Event Tickets Plus plugin. You can find more information about it here: Event Tickets Plus

 

2. For concert tickets numbered seats. Where it is possible to buy tickets at a price different (ie. for one seat has two different prices (adult, child))

What feature are you looking for here? Do you want people to be able to choose their seats? Or you want to assign them automatically to a seat?

If you want them to choose, unfortunately, this is a feature that we do not have in our plugins. Most probably it could be done with some customization, however, we are limited in doing and supporting customizations. I could direct you to some developers who might be able to help you out.

This is again part of our Event Ticket Plus plugin. The buyer receives an email about the order and a separate one with the ticket, which contains a QR code. Most important details of the event are included in the ticket email, and if something would be missing, it is possible to customize the email further.

Not with our plugins, but again with some major custom development.

Yours extension have the same functions as for a Tickera.
But if there is a person who is able to improve the extension would be interested.

Unfortunately we don’t have anybody on the team who speaks Estonian. (Above English we can cover German, French, Spanish, Hungarian, Italian for sure.)
