Hi, I am wanting to upgrade our Events Calendar Pro. I am an admin on our company website. However I cannot log in to your site to complete this purchase. It doesn not recognize my WP user name or email. Can you assist?

Hi, Jan. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.

I searched our database of Users and Orders for “heartside” and didn’t find anything. Unless there’s something else to search by, this means you/your company has never purchased any of our paid add-ons.

Please add Events Calendar PRO to your cart and checkout, at which time it will allow you to create an account.

Last but not least, we have Bundles and a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
