We have a site at https://globalwe.wpengine.com

We are using BuddyPress for social network functionality and Paid Memberships Pro to manage access to the site, and Events Calendar/Pro for the submission and management of events and venue information.

I set up a test account for a member called bigpacific, and once I completed the registration process and logged in to the dashboard I can add events by that method.

However, if I go to the front page of the site and go to the top left and select Events > Add Community Event, my logged in status is not recognized and I’m presented with a login request. My login information is not recognized by this form.

    Thoughts?

    Hey Mike,

Thanks for using The Events Calendar, I’m happy to help out here.:)

This seems that it may be a theme or plugin conflict. Would you please work through the steps here to test for a conflict? This will help me be able to better assist you. 🙂

Let me know what you find out & we’ll go from there!

    Best,
    Shelby 🙂

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
    The Events Calendar Support Team
