location still switching to unnamed venue

Updated to new version, no default organizer or venue and still having an issue with “unnamed venue” showing up until I go back, edit each event, change back to new venue and re-save (sometimes more than once!). Also, all of a sudden under each event listing, it says “array” on daily view under date and time. What does this even mean, what is it there and how do I get rid of it?? see http://kid-museum.org/events/2016-04-03/

Will have to block off a chunk of time when there’s little traffic to test for conflicts. In the meantime, can you please answer my questions about the “array” that is suddenly showing up under every event on daily view? What does that even mean and how can I get rid of it???

After doing a bit more research, I’ve located a bug logged in regards to the array issue. Unfortunately, I don’t have an immediate fix for you, but please stay tuned to your wp-admin and theeventscalendar.com/blog for maintenance release information.

Just wanted to follow up and let you know that we released version 4.1.1 last night and it included a fix for this issue. Please update to the latest version if you haven’t already and do let us know if you continue to see any issues from there. 🙂

Thanks – OK, I updated to the latest versions of PRO and regular the events calendar, and “array” disappeared from daily view, but now it says “United States” after the date and time for each event. Argh! How can I get rid of that? Thanks

Hey Kelly,

Sorry to hear you’re still experiencing troubles. I just tested the issue on my local environment using the latest versions of our plugins and the default Twenty Sixteen theme but was unable to reproduce the issue.

Can you please confirm you’ve once again reviewed our Testing for conflicts to see if we’re possibly experiencing a theme and/or plugin conflict?

Let me know what you find and we’ll go from there. Thanks and I really do look forward to getting this addressed once and for all!
