We are very slowly loading the events page. Caching plug-in is included, compression of scripts too. Tell me, please, how i can optimize the event page.

In order to do so, could you share your System Information with me?

Also, I have a few questions:

• Are there recurring events on your website? If yes, how many?
• Could you try to switch back to a default theme, such as Twenty Seventeen, to see if there’s any difference?
• Could you deactivate all plugins except for the Events Calendar ones, to see if that makes a difference? (you may read our documentation about testing for conflicts before doing those tests).

We have similar events, but they are not repetitive.
Sorry, website is working, so we can not put a clean theme.
But we recently moved the site from the test site and on the test site everything worked much faster.
I do not understand what happened and how to speed up the load time.

Hi, Jeremy! Thank you for your time!=))
We replaced plug-in w3 total cache with Memcached on hosting. This gave a good result, but today when I updated the plug-in The Events Calendar PRO to 4.4.26 the site fell, and the hosting sent a warning that the load on the server is too high.
I rolled out the plug-in to the previous version, but the Cart page and the Order button still does not work.

I do not know if it happened because of the conflict of the plugins or because of something else.
Yesterday after the inclusion of the Memcache we again brought to the page all the events (about 70), but even after that the transition between the Previous events and the Next events was rather slow. Very long worked script waiting, probably Ajax.
We can not attach our database to the message, the archive weighs 10 mb.

Hi Anastasia,

It sounds like the problem comes from your hosting provider. What kind of hosting is it by the way? Shared, dedicated, cloud hosting… ?

To confirm, I would need to test your database locally. Since it’s too big to send it through a message, could you send it via WeTransfer? ([email protected]).

Yes, we solved the problem of download speed by including the Memcache on the server.
But yesterday hosting admins turned off our site due to the fact that we exceeded the limits of the database and server load more than three times. ((
Today we switched to a tariff with an increased limit, but already now the database load is one and a half times more than the limit.
And so far it is not clear where this heavy load comes from.
On the events page there are now 177 database queries. Can I somehow optimize or reduce the number of requests on the events page?

Would it be possible for you to create a new copy of your website, on a subdomain such as new.druziatesta.ru? A staging website would help me understand better what’s happening with your website, especially if I could access the back-office (we don’t access production websites’ back-offices).
