Running latest version of WordPress and Events Calendar Pro. When in the month view if you click to go to next month or previous month the data will not display and it will not time out. The problem only occurs if you are a visitor to the site. If I am logged in as the admin it works perfectly. Is there a rights issue?

I switched to 2015 theme and it still has same issue.

I’m sorry to hear about this, @Phillip!

You mention that switching to the 2015 theme did not help—what do you find if you do similar testing with all of the other plugins on your site?

For a full and comprehensive test here, I would recommend doing all of the steps outlined here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/

After EACH STEP in that process, check on your month view and try paginating through the months again—how do things behave? Do things improve anywhere along the way with your testing?

I only suggest this testing because there is not a known bug like this at this time, and I cannot reproduce this behavior on my own testing site whether logged in or logged out.

Let us know what you find!

    Thank you,
    George

The following plug-in causes the pagination not to work.

    Duplicate TEC Event

Adds the ability to duplicate an event created by Modern Tribe’s The Event Calendar plugin. This plugin utilizes the TEC functions to ensure that the new event gets passed through all proper filters

    Hey Phillip,

    Thanks for reporting this!

That plugin is not a piece of software we make, so I would recommend contacting the plugin creator for some support about that plugin. If you report this conflict with the plugin it’s trying to extend, they may be able to help fix the issue.

In the meantime I would recommend deactivating that event—I’m sorry about the existence of this code conflict!

    Sincerely,
    George
