ParticipantThe Links in the Calendar Widget do not seem to work. Nothing happens when you click on them.
Also. I set the widget to show 5 listings below the mini calendar…but nothing seems to show.
Am I missing something in the settings?
Also How do I control the width of the mini calendar widget. It appears to be a table. I had to make the width of the column larger to show the full widget. Saturday and Sunday were being cut off. Is there a way to control the width of the Widget or table in the widget so it shows fully in a narrower column?
THanks for your help

ParticipantHey David,
Sorry for your troubles here. Just to be clear, the page you’re seeing these problems on is at http://www.uvalltogether.org/happenings/, right?
That’s the page I checked out, and I noticed the behavior you described. I expected to find JavaScript errors, but none immediately popped up – and while the “day” links in your mini calendar widget did not work, the “Previous”- and “Next”- month links did.
Unfortunately, the only troubleshooting step I can of for this problem is to try activating a default theme like Twenty Twelve on your site – then, add the widget in the sidebar again and see how the links behave. And see how the widget fits within the sidebar – because, in your last question, you asked about how to control the width of the calendar widget. The widget should take up all the available space of your theme’s sidebar, so this is another thing dictated by and limited by your chosen theme.
We might be able to help with some custom CSS for the widget width, but first we should try to get it working properly. Let us know what you find by activating a different theme – and, indeed, if simply changing themes doesn’t help you should expand your debugging to include the steps outlined here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
Thank you!
