Hello, I am writing to say that I am having the same issue as this guy: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/community-event-upload-link-is-broken/ I read the thread but whatever was resolved, it wasn’t written down in the thread. I am having the same exact issue as this guy, and I wish to send you a screen shot (note that my installation is in french): http://mimicummins.com/clients/cat/eventcompro.jpg

Basically, in the admin section where the URL for the Community /add and /list pages are, your plugin is incorrectly reporting the URL, adding the community slug directly after the domain extension (.ca/ turns into .cacommunaute/). The correct URL should be …ca/eventslug/communityslug/add or …ca/eventslug/communityslug/add

I figured this out, but the admin section is still reporting it wrong, so it would be nice if you could fix it so that others could resolve this.

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot them.

So that other thread you referenced was just a bad reference url, the page was there the whole time with no conflicts.

I visited your site and see what the issue is, by default the events page should be on a url like this:

    yoursite.com/events/

However on your site you have it customized to show just like this:

    yoursite.com

That looks to be creating issues with the link as it uses that /events/ for the url for community events, since it is not finding it, it is showing the link wrong in the admin.

So you’re saying that this is caused by Event Rocket’s ability to put the calendar on the main page? I understand this is a non-supported (by you) plugin, but in the interest of being helpful (please!), is that indeed what you are saying and thus something I should report to the plugin developer? Or am I misunderstanding? Thank you!

Unfortunately, we cannot support 3rd party plugins, even one that is as closely related to our plugins. The best thing to do is post on that plugins support forum and see if they can provide a fix for the issue.

You can login and add events using the Community Form, correct? It is just the link in the Settings is wrong?

    Let me know.

    Thanks
